Delete Account

You have the right to request the deletion of your account and all associated personal data at any time. This page explains how to do so, what data will be removed, and what may be retained due to legal obligations.
How to Request Account Deletion
You can request account deletion in two ways:
Through the Unfy app
By email
What Happens to Your Data
After your deletion request is confirmed:
- Your profile, photo, and account information are removed immediately;
- Your campaign history and proposals are anonymized or deleted within 30 days;
- Your payment details (Pix key, bank account) are deleted after any pending balances are settled;
- Internal backups are purged within 90 days of deletion.
Data Retained for Legal Compliance
Some data may be retained for specific periods in compliance with Brazilian law:
- Access logs (IP address, date/time) — retained for 6 months as required by the Brazilian Internet Civil Rights Framework (Law No. 12,965/2014);
- Tax and financial records (invoices, receipts, transactions) — retained for 5 years as required by the Brazilian Tax Code;
- Contract data — retained for the applicable statute of limitations period.
This data is used solely for legal compliance purposes and is not used for marketing or any other commercial purposes.
Pending Balance
If you have a pending balance on the platform, account deletion will be placed on hold until the payment has been processed and settled. Our team will reach out to confirm payment details before completing the deletion.
Active Campaigns
If you have active campaigns at the time of your request, deletion will only be finalized after each campaign is completed or formally cancelled, in order to protect the interests of all parties involved.
Reactivation
Once deletion is confirmed, it is not possible to recover the account or any removed data. If you wish to use Unfy again in the future, you will need to create a new account.
