Terms of Use

To use the services, the brand representative must create an account by completing a form containing: social profile (public account), full name, email address, CNPJ, contact phone number, and password.

For influencers, registration requires: social profile (public account) with at least 5,000 Instagram followers, full name, email, phone number, and password. Unfy reserves the right to validate the registration through a legitimacy check.

As a condition of using the platform, the user declares that:

1. They are over 18 years of age and fully capable of assuming legal obligations and agreeing to this contract in accordance with applicable Brazilian law.
2. If a Legal Entity, they are represented by a person holding the necessary legal powers for proper representation.
3. The registered information is truthful, current, and complete.
4. They will not exchange contact information (brand or influencer) in order to establish direct negotiation without the platform's intermediation.

With the technology available on the Unfy platform, users can:

1. Identify digital influencers;
2. Formalize negotiations with influencers through the campaign "Acceptance Term";
3. Manage influencers activated in the campaign;
4. Track individual metrics for each influencer through performance reports;
5. Expose content generated by influencers on their platforms.

Unfy shall not be held responsible for malfunctions on equipment lacking proper browser and/or software updates, nor for internet/connection fluctuations or problems.

There is no cost to use the platform (desktop or app).

The brand (contracting party) only makes payment upon hiring the influencer. Unfy holds the payment and releases it upon delivery by the contracted party (influencer).

The brand's payment includes an additional fee of 10% of the amount negotiated with the influencer. The total service fee is 20%, and invoicing is issued under our services.

For influencers, payment will be released 14 calendar days after the payment made by the brand and the content link properly entered on the platform.

Unfy may add or remove features at its discretion and without prior notice, as well as suspend or terminate services in cases of improper and/or illegal use of the platform.

Users may stop using our services at any time and request changes or cancellation of their account through the platform. If any service is discontinued, users will be given sufficient notice to retrieve their registration information.

To provide certain services, Unfy may integrate with various social networks and access publicly available data from user profiles.

• Data Use: Collected data will be used for influencer identification and analysis, campaign management, system improvement, and metrics analysis.
• Third-Party Sharing: The Platform may share collected data with partners and third parties for commercial, strategic, or operational purposes, subject to applicable legislation.
• User Consent: By using the services and connecting their social networks, the user consents to the collection and use of their public data.
• Withdrawal of Consent: The user may, at any time, withdraw consent by disconnecting their social networks from the platform.

Use of the website and services implies understanding, acceptance, and automatic binding of Users to the Terms and Conditions of Use.

If you have any objection to any items or become dissatisfied with Unfy for any reason, the user may cease use immediately at no cost.

The terms may be modified at any time to reflect changes in applicable law or to adapt to changes made to the service. Once any modification is made and if the user does not cancel their registration, the changes will be considered accepted.
